Hello! Welcome to my blog. I have a fun slimline Halloween card to show you. I used some fabulous products from Arteza and MFT Stamps to create this card. I used Arteza’s Metallic Watercolors and White Gel Pens, and some adorable stamps from MFT.

First, I stamped out my background with VersaMark embossing ink and poured over some beautiful orange embossing powder. This orange embossing powder shows up beautifully on the black cardstock! The background stamp is from MFT Stamps, and it’s called City Block Background Stamp. I love this stamp; it’s so adorable and can be used all year round.
Next I stamped out my ghosts and pumpkins and heat embossed them with white embossing powder. I stamped them onto black watercolor paper so I could paint them with some beautiful metallic watercolors from Arteza. I painted the ghosts with the Diamond White color–I love how shiny this paint is and yet still translucent. The pumpkins I painted with Aztec Gold, Iridescent Green for the stem, and Lemon Yellow for the mouth and eyes.
I fussy cut them out and added some pink bats to the tops of their heads–hopefully they look like bows on these ghosts.
I used my favorite slimline dies from Trinity Stamps to cut out the slimline scallop panel. I popped up my images with some Arteza Foam Tape to give them dimension. For a last touch I used the 0.6–the smallest size white gel pen–to add some white details to the back ground panel.
