Twinkle Lights Christmas Card | Spellbinders Small Die of the Month September | Hello & Thank You

Hello & Welcome! I have a short but sweet blog post today showing Spellbinders’ Small Die of the Month Kit for September. It is called Hello & Thank You! There are 18 cutting dies in this set, and as usual, it’s a very cute and well thought out set.

The cardstock and pattern paper I used to create this card are from the September Card Kit of the Month. I glued my diamond shaped wreath together before I adhered it onto the front of my card. One of the small dies cuts out the little white flowers you see in my tray below. They looked like Christmas bulbs to me, so that’s how I used them.

I colored in the bulbs with Copic markers. Copic Markers: RV06, YR04, YG13, G07, B24

I attached the bulbs to the little stems that look like a lot like the string on Christmas lights. After they were all in place, I added glossy accents over them. This really made them look like twinkle lights. I put my card aside to dry for about an hour.

Here is my process video. You can watch it here or over on my YouTube channel in HD.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful week!
