Hello crafty friends! Welcome! It’s still August but I’m creating my first Halloween card of the year. When I saw this new stamp set from Not 2 Shabby, I had to ink it up right away. It’s called Critter Costume Party. You get a lot of darling images and sentiments in this set.

They are all fall/Halloween related stamps. With this bundle you’ll be all set for your fall time card crafting.
I stamped most of the images onto a piece of Spectrum Noir Smooth White Cardstock–great for using with your alcohol markers. All colored them in using the same yellow, purple and brown markers. This will add cohesion to your card. I fussy cut them out with a small, white border.
I used a window die to cut out a frame with black cardstock and with Bristol Smooth Cardstock. The latter paper works beautifully with ink blending. I blended Distress Inks onto the little window panels. The colors I used are Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry and Wilted Violet on 2 panels. On the other 2 panels I used Carved Pumpkin, Wild Honey and Squeezed Lemonade. I wanted to put some bright colors behind my critters.
Next I started putting the card together. I glued down the window frame and window panel with liquid adhesive.
I used foam tape to pop up my critters in the windows. I also used some Pretty Pink Posh jewels call Boo to add some sparkle to the card.
And here is the finished card! I had a blast putting this one together! Let the fall time and Halloween time card crafting begin!!
