Hello crafty friends! I have another art medium to review for you today! Arteza very kindly sent me their 120 set of Everblend Art Markers. These are alcohol based markers, and I love working with alcohol markers; so, I was very excited to try these out!
I created 8 cards using these markers. I also used a new stamp set from Stampers Anonymous called Funny Farm. These barnyard animals are so adorable! The markers have two sides–a fine tip or bullet and a chisel tip. I used the fine tip side to color in these images, and I used the chisel tip side to color in backgrounds behind my animals. I used the chisel tip on these markers more than I use the chisel tip on my Copic alcohol markers. The Everblend chisel tip is significantly larger than the Copic’s chisel tip. It makes coloring backgrounds–putting down a lot of color–very quick and easy.
I also really loved the fine tip. It made getting into the small bits of the images so easy! You can buy the fine tips to put in your Copic markers, and I considered doing this at one time; however, it was just too expensive.
I used these markers on white card stock and kraft card stock. I love the bright, bold look of these markers on white card stock, but the de-saturated look you get on your kraft paper is a lot of fun too!
I am slowly adding to my Copic marker collection–love my Copics. However, Copics are very expensive–I have been collecting them for over 3 years now, and I’m nowhere near having the complete set. The Arteza’s Everblend markers sets have a fabulous price point. They are not refillable: however, you can buy them open stock, and they do have replaceable tips. These markers blended beautifully!
Bottom line–I love these markers!!

I used the exact same markers on both cards. However, if you want a brighter color on your kraft card stock images, you can easily substitute them for bolder colors.
