5K Subscriber Giveaway! | 10 Cards 1 Kit | Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit 2019 | Leafy Frames

Hello fellow card crafters! Welcome to my blog! I’m celebrating 5K subscribers on my YouTube channel. As a thank you I’m giving away 2 chances to win a Simon Says Stamp $30 gift card! For your 1st chance to win, leave a comment here on my blog telling me what your favorite holiday is to create cards for. For you 2nd chance to win, go over to my YouTube channel, hit the thumbs up button and leave a comment telling me your favorite art medium to use on your cards.  Check back on my blog on Friday, June 14, 9am Chicago time to see if you won. I’m going to randomly select a winner. International subscribers are welcome to enter the giveaway.

Thank you for your support, the lovely comments you send me, and your kindness!! I’ve been creating videos for over 3 years, and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it. I love sharing with you the cards I create! It’s a hobby that involves a lot of fun products, some basic tools and–my favorite–art supplies. As I’ve mentioned before, I love creating these tiny works of art to mail out and brighten someone’s day!

Also, at the beginning of my video I show of few pictures of my craft room, aka my dining room. I don’t have an extra room in my house to use as a craft room, but the dinning room works out great–I have a really big table, I can work on my cards in between cooking in the kitchen, and I get to be near my family. The down side is we don’t eat in there anymore except on major holidays. I try to keep it tidy because it’s visible when company stops by. I’ve mentioned in my past video’s about the gorgeous peonies blooming outside of my craft room windows, and I wanted to share a little glimpse of those too since they are blooming now! The two book cases on either side of my windows house all my supplies, and in my opinion, there’s nothing prettier to look at than art supplies–well, it runs a close second place to my peonies.

The cards I’m showing you today are from Simon Says Stamp’s June card kit. It’s called, “Leafy Frames.” I love the stamps from this kit, and I had so much fun using the products from this kit to design these cards. Links to most of the supplies I used are listed below.

  3. I’m having a hard time choosing my favorite since so many are runner-ups. The black cardstock embossed with a gold wreath and painting makes it POP! I was skeptical the paint would show up against such a dark background but it Wowed me!

  12. I love your SSS card kit videos, I subscribe to this kit and always like to see what you do with it. I love the wreaths you did with the gel pens, I need to pull mine out more often. My favorite holiday to make cards for is Christmas, I do make them all the same, around 70 of them. I used to make different cards, but then would forget from year to year who I gave what. Now I do one “over the top” design with lots of parts so I can mass produce.
