Hi and welcome! I’m back with another floral card–I can’t resist painting flowers. I’ve created this card using a new crafty tool: Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens! They are so much fun to work with.
I’ve always preferred using colored pencils in my art work. I like control and with colored pencils I have it. I’m dipping my toe into the watercolor realm with these Zig pens. However, with the Zigs I still have more control than I would with the usual watercolors and brushes.
That messy watercolor world is next for me. I can feel it calling and telling me to loosen up. LOL!
I adhered my completed panel onto a pre-made card base from DCWV called Brights, Solid Box of Cards. I loved how this pink complimented my painted panel. You only see the back of it, of course, but it’s the little touches like this and the Moonshine sequins that finish off the card with sparkle and fun!

The Zig pen colors I used are Carmine Red, Black, Mid Brown, & Gray Brown for the negative space.
I also used SSS Assorted Moonshine sequins.
