“May the Forest be with You” Card

Hello!  Thanks for stopping by.  For this week’s card I created an enchanting forest scene.

This was very fun to put together.  It all started with an embossing folder from We R Memory Keepers.  It added great texture for the first layer of this card.

Next, I cut out a frame using two rectangular dies with faux stitching–gotta love the faux stitching!  For the center of the frame I pulled out my stamp pads to blend ink onto some white card stock for the grass and sky.

My favorite thing I used for this card was the Tree-mendous die cuts from MFT to create the forest.  I absolutely love this die set.  More faux stitching!

  1. Another darling card. Like how the trunks and limbs are placed on the outside of the tree tops. The fox and bird adds interest. Also like the sequins and the statement on the banner.
